Registered Nurse

Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Dubai. you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients. You will work closely with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care and support.

Responsible For

Key Responsibilities:1. Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs and physician recommendations.2. Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, IV therapy, and pain management, among other treatments.3. Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress, and adjust care plans accordingly.4. Educate patients and their families on health management strategies, medication administration, and lifestyle modifications.5. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure holistic care for patients.6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, medication administration records, and care plans.7. Adhere to all regulatory standards, policies, and procedures related to home healthcare services.8. Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families, addressing their concerns and promoting overall well-being.9. Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.10. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to facilitate seamless transitions of care and optimize patient outcomes.

Consultation:

Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution; Master's degree preferred.2. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).3. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with experience in home healthcare preferred.4. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.7. Empathy, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to care.8. Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other relevant healthcare technologies.9. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.10.
